A pre-tour rehearsal period in December 2019 finalized the animated video content and tackled artistic and technical touring preparation before the grand premiere at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa, January 9 to 12, 2020. Following this, a Western-Canadian regional tour will have Unikkaaqtuat presented at The Port Theatre in Nanaimo January 20th, 2020, The Cultch in Vancouver January 22-25, 2020, The Jeanne & Peter Lougheed Performing Arts Centre in Camrose January 29th, 2020, and finally the Northern Arts Cultural Centre in Yellowknife on February 2nd 2020. We are still reflecting on this 2-months long UNIKKAAQTUAT tour; the people we encountered, the family we created, the stories we shared, the everlasting memories. how lucky we are to be doing what we're doing.
